Plan to expand to Q2 / 2016 is 35 types of dyeing machines, increasing production capacity to 80 tons / month (# 500,000 cones)

Centrifugal extractor: 02 machines (Vietnam).

High frequency dryer: 02 ROMANO D’EZZELINO (VI) machines from Italy.

Machine for tapping cone: 19 Taining machines from Taiwan / New series: TN35EF and TN35F.

Diverse products

Color palette with 1,000 colors and more than 3,000 colors dyed according to KH model in color library.

Develop color dye according to customer model.

Capacity: 45 samples / day.

Sample development time: 2-3 days (depending on the number of samples).

Mass production time: 5 - 7 days (depending on the number of orders).

Minimum quantity will apply appropriately by order (# 10 cones / item).
